Naturally the Jeep Wrangler dominated the SEMA 2009 show in Las Vegas. There were too many to list, with too many things to list, but I managed to scour through the masses and pick a few that were my favorites, and I imagine might be a favorite of yours too. Smittybilt was there with their armored up JK. It was quite possibly my favorite JK there. On top of the HEMI conversion, Pro Comp Dual Sport Long Arm Kit with Fox Shocks, Rock Jocks Dana 60’s with ARB lockers, the armor really stood out and set it apart from any other Jeep there. |

Millermatic 140 Auto-Set Welder As Jeep owners, sooner or later we all come to a point when having a welder would make a project much easier, or at least cheaper. The more you build your Jeep, the more having a welder around the shop can be a huge asset; however, not everyone has a big shop, or a 220volt wiring system readily available to handle a large industrial welder, or the training to run a bigger welder. So most people just assume they can’t get a quality welder, because of room, proper wiring, or ease of use. Well Miller Electric has the answer, with their Millermatic 140 Auto-Set welder, a high quality welder, that’s small and compact and runs on 120 volt power, and has “Auto-Set”, a breakthrough control that automatically sets your welder to the proper parameters for your materials. Auto-Set offers an all-in-one MIG setup, minus the guesswork! Simply set the wire diameter, set the material thickness, and start welding! |

Have you ever been out on the trail with factory or inadequate protection for your jeep? If so I'm sure this looks familiar to you. Body damage is something most jeepers like to keep to a minimum. Body Armor products can help reduce body damage while adding some serious attitude to your jeep. Body Armor offers protection for all sides of your rig, they have Xtreme-built front bumpers that come in three different widths and a few different styles to fit your needs. They also have Xtreme-built rear bumpers and tire carriers that come in two different widths with several options. Body Armor also offers Rock crawler Side Guards to protect your rockers from the nasty rocks you may encounter out on the trail. |

What are the most important upgrades to a trail rig? The lift kit or maybe the tires? Others might say that it is the lockers or perhaps a winch. As upgrades are made and money is spent things tend to be done in stages rather than all at once. One area that seems to get over looked; or perhaps the last area to finally get a portion of the budget appropriated to it is safety items. Sure it isn’t tough to throw a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher into the rig but what about the bigger ticket items? People always consider the roll cage and what it will take to either replace or add to the factory bar in order to help the occupants survive a roll over but what about the seats? |

Why does it seem like the stock interior lighting in most vehicles is dim and generally inadequate. If you have ever had to look at a map at night with just the stock dome light in your Wrangler then you know how hard on the eyes that can be. Roundeyes Performance Lighting Specialists out of Placerville, California decided it was time to offer a solution. After doing some research they were able to find a supplier for some high quality LED replacement lights. |
