Is Rusty's offroad Tie-Rod Steering Conversion worth the money with my 3" lift and i do about 85% street driving.

NO, at three inches of lift stock type steering should be perfect and offer you the best performance and safety.

Have you broken any steering components yet, while you were wheelin? If not, then don't worry about it till it happens
