I've had the 10k for two years now. Now in that time, it's only been used four to five times. Works good and has a decent line speed. If you search the name you'll get tons of feed back on here. Some good, some bad. With the amount I use it. I couldn't pass it up. Got it new for 337 with tax.

I bought & installed their 8,000 lb. winch in late '07 thinking price vs. the small amount I'd use it. I've pulled my '05 LJ up some crazy places, rescued a few, dragged vehicles onto trailers..... It never failed. A little slow, got hot on a couple of long pulls, but performed great. This summer I found a deal on a Warn 9.5ti so I've upgraded, but again, for the money they're a darn good winch.

I got my 8k pounder for $266 shipped from 4wp about a year ago. I like it, hasn't failed yet.

Never used one of those, but I did have a superwinch LP8500 for a year or so. It was slow, it broke and it made me mad. I upgraded to a Warn M8000 for a little bit more and can't say anything bad about it.

I know six people that has had them. Three have not had any problems. The other three have had a failure ranging from the first pull to about 5 months old.
