Lookin to take some trim off

Does anyone know what troubles might lie beneath it for me? It's a 98 Cherokee Sport. I highlighted what I mean, cause I'm not entirely certain if my wording's correct. PS, I'M NEW LAWL WELCOME ME. Just kidding.

all that lies beneath is double sided tape. unless however your jeep has been repainted with those moldings on, then you will have a hardline of clear coat and or paint, but only if you or the po had any of the doors repainted. you need a heat gun and some type of adhesive remover. there is a few post over this if you want to know more, just search

You will wish you hadn't after you get a few parking lot door dings. If that doesn't or won't bother you then have at it.
