Default bushing removal

I am about to remove and clean my spring bushings. the springs are skyjacker springs with poly bushings. i am going use the method with a treaded rod, washers, nuts, and a socket. Does anyone know what size threaded rod i will need?

When I was replacing busings during my rebuild I just knocked out the metal sleve. then took a 1/2 drill bit in a drill and wallered out the bushing once enough material was removed they poped out usually stuck to the bit.

It worked for me and I didn't need to go buy anything else.
