Hey i have 3.5 RE kit with 31s and i wanna add 33s... will i have any problems about the bigger tires on the Dana 30, 35 and them snaping with some mild wheeling

I ran 33's on stock axles for one trip, and it was in deep snow so traction wasn't really abundant enough to worry about snapping axles. Like the others have said, just be sure to go easy on the gas, and I would definitely carry spare shafts.

Well if this helps any I have been running 33" tires on my TJ with stock axles for 3 years & now have 35" tires. I ran the 33" tires for 1 year before I put my Warn Full Float kit on the rear axle. As has been said before just keep it easy on the skinny pedal. And don't forget the most important part!! Enjoy yourself!

you should be fine I wheeled mine pretty hard w/no probs but I had stock gears and 4.slow under the hood. just don't be a dumb @ss and you should be just fine
