Default Any one have a good fix for torn/uncomfortable older ZJ seats

My 96' ZJ has 145K on it and the only thing that does not look and work as good as new is the drivers seat. The foam in the seat is no longer comfortable and the left side of the leather drivers seat is developing some cracks and tears.
Can anyone recommend either a company that makes seat covers or an upholstery company that can fix the seats I've got? Or some other solution that I have not thought of yet.

How much do you think something like this should cost?

I've been watching Ebay for months and most of the drivers seats I see for sale look just as bad as mine.

I've been looking as well and came across http://www.auto-interior.com who offer several different leather replacement cover options along with a vinyl solution. However, the leather sets are full front/back and is quite expensive (up to $800). I believe you can still get the foam cushion from the dealership (wasn't there just a thread about the foam?).

At one point I did run across a website that had take-off cloth seat covers from vehicles that had a leather conversion - I'd love to go that route, but I cannot for the life of me find the website again

I've got a complete (and in good shape) set of cloth seats from my '96 ZJ that I pulled to put in a set of factory leather seats from a crashed ZJ.

If you're able to get to North Andover, MA (20 miles N of Boston), you can get them from me pretty cheap. If you just want the seat covers and foam, I can do that too I suppose, but that only saves you on shipping costs, as you'd still be "buying" the whole set and I'll ship you only what you want.

The seats are grey, in good (to excellent) shape, fronts are power-everything (including power lumbar), but are not heated or memory seats. The rear is the 60/40 non-child-seat.
