Default HELP new radiator> overheating

i just reaplced the water pump, fan clutch is good, thermostat was wide open. what could be makeing my zj overheat???? the new radiator is all metal 3-row too which should make the thing run cooler. would air in the system cause it to completely overheat?? when i change the waterpump i had air bubbles so the heat would rise and then fall. what could it be guys?

and the radiator was extremly hot so i guess something is flowing

what motor? what brand radiator? make sure you burp the system completely of air bubbles......

Does the lower rad. hose have the spring inside? If not, it can collapse at speed, blocking flow... ah nuts, forget it. I just went out and checked mine; there's no spring inside! Hmmmm.....

lol sorry guys it was me not the zj , i underestimated/forgot about how much coolant i lost in the swap , threw some antifreeze in and no more overheating. thanks guys

check it in teh morning before you go anywhere, top it off if it's low. Also make sure the over flow tank is at the full mark as well...

Yeah! sometimes it takes a few heating and cooling cycles to purge the air out of the system so make sure the level of coolant in the overflow bottle is always over the minimum mark.
