Alright, next upgrade on the list is a 3-core radiator. I was just wondering how much the overall fluid capacity of the cooling system increases with the bigger radiator.
TIA Chad

The capacity is not increased much at all, really. Had replaced the single core aluminum in my '98 with a GDI three core copper/brass which worked okay. However, you don't get much for $98 and had this suspicious contstant 'drip puddle' if parked for a day or two. Noticed Chrysler has lowered the cost of their radiators so got an OEM two core aluminum which is as thick of a core as the three of the GDI. Aluminum because of it's construction is more efficient and have noticed overall cooler temps on the gauge already. The quality of the Chrysler radiator is top notch and gives me waaaay more piece of mind heading into this summer and the temps i will be encountering in Utah. Airflow also seems to be improved at low speeds. The elec fan has yet to come on in the past month. Didn't used to be that way- U get what u pay for.
