You can post from imagestation.

Go into the ablum and find the pic you want to post. Then click on the picture and it will come up in a new window. The adress fro that page will look like this:

http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...3/fdd58aa0.jpg.org.jpg

Notice it ends with .orig.jpg. You need to delete the bold part in the address, as shown above. Now it ends with just jpg.

Use the IMG button and post away.

Good Luck

The seats look nice... did you end up having them recovered? or did you order new. The vehicle looks real clean. Great job, now go get it dirty:ahhh:

Mitch,

Took the seats to a local shop and had them recover/rebuild the seats. They custom made the covers and repadded them. They did a really nice job, but it wasn't cheap.

D...d..ddd... dirty?! Gulp.

Nice CJ. What did you use to coat the frame, it looks very good.

That is one purty CJ. You need to take special care of that one.

Wow!! A restoration that actually looks like it did from the showroom floor (other than the taillights ). You even used the Prestocrap ignition system. Hats off to someone who'll spend that much time on a rebuild and avoid the temptation to modify!!!

Thanks for the kind comments. I wish I could take credit for it, but I bought it pretty much like it is now. I've done a few small things, and still have some other minor things to get done (note the mechanical oil pressure guage lying on floor). I hope it stays like it is a while, I don't plan on ever parting with it. I really really wanted a nice original looking CJ5, and knew I had neither the skills, nor the patience to get there.

Work was done by McCommsey's Jeep & Machine Shop in Holtwood, PA. They are super nice guys and do great work. They told me this Jeep had been in storage for years and all they did was pretty much clean it up and give it a fresh coat of paint.

I was half thinking of removing the lettering and getting the "correct" graphics, and switching the tail lights back to the original ones, but I'm happy with it as is for now.

The engine compartment looks to be original and unrestored. I think that's why it's so complete.
