Volvo...anyone done this.....what has to be done to remove it? Looking for a game plan on how to take it off.

I take 'em off Volvos all the time. It really isn't as hard as it seems.
First take off that air intake tube and get it out of the way. Hacksaw through the PS pump hoses and remove the PS pump (2 bolts). Hacksaw through the intake and output hoses coming off the York and unplug the electrical connector. Take off the entire mount that the York is mounted in. Get underneath with a 17mm (I think) to get the 2 bottom nuts and the top front nut off... Now from above, remove the rear top nut. Now get ahold of one of the York hoses and pull it outta there... Takes 10 or 15 minutes after you've done one or two... Dave
