Default 3.4L swap into a 86 XJ

I have a 1986 XJ 2D 2 WD project vehicle, with a 2.5L (blown Head Gasket, Cracked Head between Cylinders and a broken #1 piston head). Bought it like that, owner said "It may need a head gasket". I suspect the engine got a little warm. It was gonna be wifey's daily driver now its become a project vehicle. Found a 3.4L Camaro engine,an edelbrock intake and a holley TPI kit for it. Was wondering if anyone knew of a replacement direct swap three core radiator for this beast. I know the 87+ 3core looks completely different so I suspect it won't fit in my radiator support. Also has anyone else attempted a TPI aftermarket kit on thier XJ? Thanks in advance.
