I'm looking for a single trail spare, anyone else? Split them up? Or I'll buy both and you buy one from me? Not trying to make this hard for fromme, I just don't need both......

Is this just the "dial" or are there seals/bearings included?

Not sure I understand the question, it's the entire hub. Each one does have its own new o-ring. Like this:

Cool, ok we'll put it together. I'll get with fromme and set things up. I can receive paypal if that works for you. I won't ask fromme to split the shipment, so I guess it'll all come to me first, then we'll do our deal.
