    Default '94 Cherokee starter

The starter is going bad on my brothers '94 Cherokee & I told him I'd help him replace it. We have the manual, but are there any tips/tricks that will make the job easier for us? Thanks!

Its an easy job..One or both bolts come from behind so make sure you know which ones bolt to the starter and not the tranny..other than that its 1/2 hour give or take...no real issues.

Disconnect the battery first. (Sounds obvious but many of us have had a dope slap coming after learning the hardway.)
"...the advice given above is somewhat arrogant and in some cases wrong..." . (I'm not an expert... I just play one on the internet.)

Another Freakin' Jeep Cherokee Website. _____________ Sure you're smart... but do you have what it takes to make "The List"?
