Default Torque specs/advice for dana 35 gear swap

I'll be swapping gears in the next week and was just looking for all the torque specs since i don't have a FSM...

    i'll be using Superior 4.88's

    Main Caps
    Pinion Nut(crush sleeve)
    Ring Gear

    am i missing anything?

any advice for getting the pre-load/crush sleeve right the first time?

    Thanks in Advance,
