    Chris, how are you doing all the nice bends in the tubing? You've got to have access to some killer tools for all that.

    Custom 6 point custom roll cage - this was my first attempt at a cage I am pretty happy with the way it came out - 1 3/4" 120 wall tubing throughout
    not as heavy as you would think - mounted seats on lower cross bars








    1995 Jeep Wrangler
    Engine: 2.5L 4cylinder (yeah I know)
    Lift and Axles:2.5" Skyjacker, 2" body, 4.88 gears, T&Js rock guard front diff cover, Detroit full locker rear, Detroit tru-trac front
    Wheels:33" x 13.5" MT Baja Claws, Procomp black steelies
    Mods:Optima Red top battery, throttle body spacer, Banks header, K&N filter, Procomp seats, H4 headlight conversion , mile marker 8000lb winch, Custom 6 point rollcage with mounted seats, 3 point padding crow seat belts, Herculiner flooring

    Here are a few things that I have been working on. Im still not done with all of the except for the bumpers, thos are pretty much done.

    Front bumper with flush mounted rock lights


    Rear Bumper without the rack or gas can holders


    Roll cage before final welding and overhead console


    Here's one of the top peices for the console. They are removable so I can get to all of the wiring up there.


    And on elast one of my sliders. They go all the way to the frame and all the way to the bottom of the door. all of the hardware will be welded in like stude so you wont see any hardware from the outside

    Are those TJ doors on there? What did you have to do to get them to fit?

    I actually started out my project yesterday and hopefully i can finish it until next week.I'm happy to be on this thread because i got new idea on how to make it simple yet nice.Hoping to see more pics.
