The BD lift has the extra 1/2" and better warranty on the springs.
Upgrade the shackles for another 1/2" lift - revolvers or boomerang.
Upgrade the shocks, add the quick disco's, get new stainless steel brake lines, gotta have the quick disco's, will need the t-case lowering kit unless you've done a SYE and CV joint in which case you'll need shims with either 6 or 8 degrees - most likely 6. Might as well use greeasable shackle bolts and poly bushings.
It all adds up doesn't it. http://forums.jeepsunlimited.com/forums/images/ubb/biggrin.gif

Under $400 from www.discount4wd.com (http://www.discount4wd.com) Give Jarred a call. Good guy!
I got my BDS 3.5" springs and bushings for $190 shipped to my door. BDS shocks are another $30 each if you go that route ($120)
Local suspension shop can make all your U-bolts for about $5 each w/ nuts (8 bolts $40 total)
That's under $400.
I PayPal'd for my springs and they were at my door in 3 days.

I didn't get that price from him either.
I went w/ Bob Supplee for my BDS springs.

I asked him how low he could go with just springs and bushings. I was quoted $176 and $14 for the bushings (or thereabouts) including shipping.
I sent $190 by PayPal and it came 3 days later.

As stated above, I get my ubolts made locally to my specs for $5/each. That's way cheaper han say MORE or anyone else doing Ubolts, and I trust the shop more than I trust some unspecified ubolt manufacturer.
I had a DPA left over from somewhere for a 2.5" lift, but I'm getting a DPA from a RE 4.5" kit for next to nothing from someone who doesnt need it.
Sure I have bumpsteer, but so what? http://forums.jeepsunlimited.com/ubb/smile.gif
What else is there to the kit? Some spacers and longer bolts to make a tcase drop? Under $20 at the local hardware store.

All I got were 2" springs. They were 60 bucks a piece, shipped. I think BDS has raised thier wholesale price lately. Some of the places I called wouldn't give me a quick quote, they used the I'll get back to you routine.

Cool, I have OME shocks, does anyone reccommend I go with BDS springs and save the cash? I can get all my U-Bolts at the warehouse for probably $10 and make a Tcase lowering kit. Anyone think I should just give in the cash for OME springs?

I bought MORE boomerang greasable shackles and didnt install the cross pin. They work fine with the BDS milwrap.

You do not need a Drop Pitman arm. I got mine from the same place as Darrell, $330 for springs, bushings, shims, (longer tahn norm) shocks. All that leaves is the Tcase drop ($30?) and the ubolts ($40) so thats $400 right there.
Very happy so far. Mine too was shipped in about 3 days to NJ.
I used revolver shackels so they fit fine in them.
