Hi there, i have just received mine(single flex), i bought it used, the prob i have is that i have no instructions with it, i was hoping you do, if so could you please scan and post or email them to me.

i know how to get the T/C drop, shocks, swaybar links, springs and control arms on, the only things i'm worried about are the trackbars and there brackets.
also there is a little conical washer that is tapered on the outside and is ment to fit some place in the frame, where does this go?
that same washer was damaged when the previous owner tried to remove it so i have to find one first.... any ideas where i could get one of those? is it really neccary? ... skyjacker themselves are not too easy to contact.

thanks,
Sharp.

I can't really help you out with your specific questions, but I've never had a problem getting in touch with Skyjacker. Are you trying 1-800-SOFTRIDE? They're awesome on the phone. HTH

I have an instruction booklet that came with mine, but it's not for the single flex, it's for the standard 4".

I dunno whats diffrent with the kits except for the lowers.

If yer interested, I can scan them for you when I get home tonight.

Just a guess, but the joint where the front trackbar attaches to the frame is a tapered hole when the stock trackbar is removed. I had to drill this out for the Rubicon Express adjustable track bar. Stock, the tapered hole has a thru diameter of about 1/2 inch. Mayber the washer fits here to adapt a trackbar with a different type of joint.

Canadianjeeper thats the email address you can send it to,
SD TJ that is the part, and i'm not sure if it'll work if i drill it out the way you did, any ideas?

Canadianjeeper, yep thats the email address, could you please send them there when you have a spare moment.

SD TJ, thats exactly where it goes, the prob i have is i can't get another,
any ideas?
i could just drill the hole out so that it's larger and fits a small piece of pipe with a constant inner 1/2" diameterand weld it to a 1/2" washer and just stich that in the larger hole or i could try to make a tapered one like the damaged one....

Here is the axle end of the TRAC BAR

Here is the frame end. BAD PHOTO. That conical thing goes on the bolt up in the tracbar frame mount and it takes up the space where the taper is for a regular tie rod end.

Your Steering Stabilizer should goto the stock mount hole on the drag link. I have rustys steering so right now I have my STAB mounted AFU!!

I am going ti fix this weekend.

Canadianjeeper, any luck?

89MJComanche, do you have any more pics?
do you have the full lift or just those components?

my lift seems to be missing the T/C linkage pivot drop bracket... is this crutial?
could i fab one up easily? do i need it at all? is there a way around using it?
any pics of one?
any ideas please.

Hate to butt in with a little off subject but since you guys are running skyjacker how are there hydro shocks? I know they arnt OME but I am looking for something cheap (4wd hardwares sale) to get me through till I lift and that is better than stock.
