TJ YJ CJ 5 7 8 XJ

I'm getting lost in all the different kind of Jeeps. It's not the difference between a TJ and a YJ that is giving me problems.. it's all those numbers behind them. CJ5's, 7's, etc.

Does anybody have a list of the different sorts and types, and a way to recognize what kind of Jeep it is when there's one passing you by or so...
