So at the cost of $750 what type of prep work did they do??? Or did you have to do all the prep work?

Hey dashwatts, where did you have yours done? Somewhere in Gadsden? Thats a great deal and it may be worth driving up there to have it done. If not, I have been thinking of calling Jimmy at ACME Offroad in Bham and see what kind of price he quotes me. It's just time for me to get rid of my paint b/c I have scraped most of it off with the rocks and trees anyway. http://forums.jeepsunlimited.com/forums/images/ubb/biggrin.gif

do you have a close-up picture of the texture? I have always wondered what this would look like... never had the chance to see a full-body rhino lining in person though.

Did they have to sand down the old paint?

It doesn't look too different right now just bigger back wheel wells (althought it looks really cool because it doesnt have any fender flairs so the tires stick out really nice).
I am thinking about the next phase of cutting, I think I am going to flatfender it but I dont want to do it with a sawzall, I want to use something like a plasma cutter or something smooth. So untill I get pulled over and get a ticket I am going to keep on driving it with no flairs and no exhaust (actually as soon as I can get my exhaust in I will be very happy because it is WAY too loud right now).

OK, I need a paint job or else my Jeep will rust away this winter, So I gonna get a rhino lined paint job. I think that looks cool and besides every time I go out on a trail I get more and more scratches on my Jeep, thats something that I could deal without.

go for it you wont be disapointed i think the place that did mine has only done about4 or 5 fully rhinoed jeeps so you will be one of the few

Howdy,
my brother left his Rhino-lined Dakota Quad cab at the house today. I just went out and took a couple pictures trying to show the depth of the product. The texture is fairly smooth, not sandpaper like the herculiner I have seen.

In the first pic there is a dime on the bedrail, the second one is just a shot of inside the bed.
