Is there a trick to getting the top out or do I just use a BFH? I got the lower nut off and I got the pin & castle nut off, but it doesn't want to budge. Is it just rusted in or what?
Thanks!

Not rusted, it's tapered and pressed in. I took my sway bar completely off and banged the bolt out with a hammer. Be sure and protect the threads with a block of wood.

i just took both of my swaybar links out, and had a similar problem. Then i looked at the swaybar and realized it is a very expendable part of a jeep, so not to cause damage or anything, i hit the end of the swaybar near the top of the link after i had unbolted everything and it popped right off.
Good luck

What worked for me was to remove the swaybar and use a small pickle fork and a BFH to knock it apart. Got the pickle fork at Pep Boys for I think 10 bucks.
