Bumper Help; out with the old in with the new.

The other day my jeep and I had the unfortunate adventure of being re-ended by a minivan, with the damage is minimal at best, the their insurance company get the distinct privilege of helping to replace my rear bumper. (The tailgate was screwed up to but after tieing it to a tree all is well, it works fine, and the tire hides the dents so why spend money to replace it right?

Any ways here is my question. What rear bumper should I get, the biggest issue is that I have a 31" tire mounted on the tailgate, so many of them won't fit with that tire, but I don't want a tire swing due to the rattling that commonly occurs on them.
Some things I'm looking for are:
Sporting look, then well curved bars
Plenty of protection for rocks mini vans and more
A two inch tow hitch
A cheap price (if available)

I have check out the Smitty Built SRC, but I don't think it will fit unless I use a tire carrier.

what do you think about the Garage Prop 3" double tube bumpers, any pics?

Does any one know if the slider rear Hitch bumper would work with a 31" tire- they say it doesn't but that one has the every thing I want.

If it helps I have a red 94 wrangler, with a 2.5 liter

There are plenty of custom builts that work with your set up. Check ebay, lots on there unpainted/painted very reasonable..
