Heater Vent Help?

Would like some help please. The passenger side heater vent under dash, theres a door that has two pins and the door opens and closes to let heat into the cabin. one of the pins has broken. Can anyone direct me on how, or where to get it fixed? and how hard it would be to fix on my own?
