New to this 95 grand cherokee limitted

Hey there folks,
Im a first time jeep owner and new to this forum. Im hoping some of you guys out there can help with the things that are starting to drive me crazy...

Ok first thing gas gauge is always on E but I know I have gas I looked to see if it was a fuse but no such luck. What could this be????

Second thing...today I replaced a fuse for the power lock that was out. After that it worked fine. So I go into the store come out , unlock the door....Alarm is going off,car would not start I had to undo the battery. Didn't even know I had one...there was no keypad with the car...

I had my car towed to Jeep dealer since I have AAA it was free. the guy at the parts counter says $235 for the new keypad. Ouch.... so then he comes out to the car and puts the battery back in and the alarm goes off...so he just walked to the rear door then turns the lock left then right and bam the alarm goes off... He did'nt explain he just said they were busy come back if I want the keypad I'm just glad I know that trick but how can I actualy fix this...

Welcome to the world of Jeeps...and this forum!
Well...You can always disarm the security everytime by (usually) turning one of the door locks left then right...sometimes twice. You can also do a search on here for the instructions on how to disarm by cutting and grounding a wire in the drivers door...or buy the fob. Hope this helps!

In my case the oil is stuck on 0. It's the computer. I've been putting off getting her in to get it fixed. Gas would be much less to worrry about. :)
As my Grandad always told my mother "Honey you can drive the car with no gas, just don't drive the car with no oil."

For the Fuel issue- pull the tank and look at the float the is attached to the fuel pump- probably your problem.
