I was having my jeep tuned up to get ready for smog, the guy said "oh your carb looks bad there's alot of oil in it" yada yada. so i went to get it rebuilt and my mpg went from 12-13 to 8!!!! now i have no power and don't know what to do.
Is there a good faq on carter bbd tuning with pictures to match? I found writeups but I don't know what all the things are called that they are refering to.
They also said my compression was bad and might need a new head or whole engine :( it just passed 150k miles.
