yj popping sound

Hello every time I make a 90 degree right turn I get a pop or bang sound heard, from the rear of my YJ wrangler. Not sure what is making it. I have new 2" leaf springs and shocks. yet i also heard it befor i replaced the springs to. Any ideas what is causing the sound and how to fix. Thanks

Check your lug nuts. I started hearing that just before my Jeep threw a tire a couple of weeks ago and I'd been thinking it was something else.

Beyond that, you oughta start checking for cv joint problems (someone else who's more experienced than me can explain that :D)

if you are sure that its coming from the rear, then its is probably the u'joint. Which to most is pretty easy to fix. However if it is only occouring when you are truning then I would guess that it has something to do with a CV joint.
