'92 XJ 4.0 into a '89 YJ swap questions

This question is for my hard headed friend I keep trying to get him to look on here but he will not do it. so since I am helping him with this swap I figure I will do the homework.
He has an '89 Yj with the 2.5 and he just bought a '92 XJ for a donor truck what is involved with this swap

I posted some '94 XJ 4.0j->'88 YJ experiences here, mine was a 258 but most of it should be similar.
