I wondered if anyone knew where the cable that is used in the Posi Lock system can be purchased seperately?
I have found some PTO cables that nearly fit the bill for $20.00 to $30.00, but they do not have the threads on the end of the cable like the one pictured in the kit.
Any Help? Thanks...Tom

Is it that you need a longer one? I know that posilock sells a kit with a longer cable...have you tried the posilock company? They might sell one, at least they should...

I liked the cable and handle used in the Posi Lock kit.
You guys are probably right about just buying the kit.
I don't know a thing about TJ shafts so I don't think that is an option.
My jeep is a daily driver not an off road crawler. I need 4 wheel for bad weather etc.
I can pull my vacuum line off and the fork will engage. I then put the vacuum line back on and off I go. I don't know why this procedure works but it does.
