need help with engine swap

i have a 1989 wrangler and i need to put a dodge 360 in it. i also want to put the dodge axles under the jeep. i have the entire dodge truck, so i do have tranny and t-case also. i have never done a project this big and just want some advice. any input is greatly appreciated.

I'm looking at the same thing but I don't have a good transmission to use so I've have to find one before I tried it. My ax-15 wouldn't last long, its already popping out of 4th gear while driving. I think your biggest issue is fabbing up the motor mounts unless there's some adpaters. Also drivetrain length will be an issue but you could push back the rear axle a bit.

You can push the engine forward to comp for the driveshaft length. You should have about 6" of wiggle room with a V8. Check JC Whitney for swap motor mounts.
