It's on the driver side of the bell housing, right near the engine. Two screws remove it assuming it's like my 94.

Before you start swapping things, what type of running problems do you have?

No that is his CKP location.

CPS would be in the distributor.

Well someone needs to fix that list because it's wrong:wavzing: .

CKP is a industry standard abbreviation for the Crank Position Sensor. The CPS is the Cam Shaft Position sensor.

im tryin to find the crankshaft positioning sensor, my running problems are it will run fine in neutral but when i try driving it it will cut out and stall then start right back up after around 10 seconds of cranking and its a 5spd by the way

Wait, confused, it stalls once you put it in gear or once you let the clutch out and try using any kind of power? When you say it restarts, is that in gear or in neutral? Need more details exactly what is going on here.

alright heres the deal. my jeep will start like it normally would on a 30 degree day i rev it up let it warm up a bit runs fine then start takin off and after i shift 1 or 2 gears it will lose power, cut out then sputter down and stall, sometimes i can drop the clutch and jump it or i can just put itin neutral let it crank 5-10 times and it will start and run fine in neutral but as soon as i put in gear and try driving it goes again im puzzled what do you guys think.
