Before the rumor mill starts to fly. We want to be up front with all our customers and supporters. Currently Paragon and PCA Corporation (land owner) is in legal dispute over our lease agreement for this property. We have done everything within our powers to honor our agreements with the land holding company, but they are trying to evict us from the premesis so they can sell the property. We are still in business and will remain in business as long as possible and we are fighting this with every measure available.

We know the next question is how can you help. Unfortunately, there really isn't anything you can do. We would however, appreciate everyone's hopes and prayers for a good outcome.

Thank you for your continued support.

Bummer. I hate hearing about things like this. :(

I have been to PAP before, it was some years ago. It was a JU organized run with ~25 folks who attended. Good times.

I've never been there, but that sucks. I know its one of the biggest ORV parks in that area.

WOW, I have been going to Paragon since 2000, it have been through ALOT of changes since then and is hands down my favorate place to wheel.

Kyle, Steph and the rest of the group are AWSOME people who have worked there butts off to make the park what it is, totally sucks that they might loose all they have done.

It's definately a major SHOCK to the offroad community - especially those of us that go there frequently. I can't imagine this area without it.

Paragon has a lawyer working on the case - so let's hope this is just a legal proceeding away from hogwash. It ain't over till its over folks and Paragon will fight with every tooth and nail till the end.

I just wish there was something we could all do to help support them (other than prayers).

I was there again today, what an awesome time...it's such a cool place. Myself and others that go there frequently hope this is just a small legal issue that gets resolved. I talked to Kyle breifly today....basically for us wheelers that go there I don't think there is much we can do. I would be at a loss without Paragon. I haven't been to Rausch Creek as it literally takes me ten minutes to be at the park. We ran Chicken Run, Drumstick, ran 2 sections of Whompum, two of us went down Rabbit Run, thru Sleepy Hollow, met the rest of the group at Sleepy Hollow and Turtle Tail, went and did Hummer Hill, Mountaintop, over Sherbert, hit haul rd. out to Turtle, up Turtle to trailers...fun day. That may not be everything we ran but it was nut's....

I'll be there next weekend, both day's. let's just hope Paragon is around for the remaining 22 year's of it's lease....:hah:

I've been going out there for last three years to all the comps. Attendance seemed to die off in 06 for some reason but I wish them the best of luck. On the bright side, they are right in the anthracite mining belt. You can't throw a rock and not hit an unreclaimed mining area. They should be able to find another suitable spot, too bad all the work they did may be down the drain.:teary:
