When putting it back in, how tightly will I have to make the bolts? I don't have any type of torque wrench, so should I just get them as tightly as possible? Thanks

If you don't have and don't intend on buying torx drivers, I would reccomend taking the old bolts to a good fastner dealer and getting stard hex head bolts for them.
And while your there, get some threadlocker:shades: , if it is bolt you plan on taking off again, use blue, if not taking it off for a while, use red.

If the sport bars are the ones that run between the roll bar and windsheild frame, I think they need to be fairly tight, I have no idea about a torque spec though.

Trash the torx bolts

Get a regular bolt with a hex head or atleast an allen head.

Just tighten the stuff with standard tools and your ol' muscles.

I'd be careful not to over-tighten the ones into the windshield - just not sure how thick that metal is or how much torque it can handle without twisting or buckling the windshield frame.

had a similar situation and replaced the bolts on windshield with a hex head. I hand tightened them with my socket wrench until I couldn't tighten them anymore and the windshield frame held up fine.

what size are these bolts?
Mine are missing 1 from each side & I wanna replace them all with standard bolts instead of torx

Hmm, you painted your bars? I don't think mine have ever seen daylight.
