i have a high pinion full width dana 44 front end and a matching plain old dana 44 rear, what should i set my driveshaft angles at?? also is the a nifty lil tool i should use for the measurment?

Depends on if U have a standard or CV type D-line. For a CV... 1* - 2* below center is the norm. Standard d-line should have the yokes parallel to each other.

oh man may have hit a rutt, that sounds like rocket science to me . how do i measure this? and i have the stock 91 driveline

You figure out with a $5 angle finder and some researching.

Don't forget to watch your castor while you're tweaking DS angles. Honestly, that's way more important than your pinion angle. Assuming you've got lock outs your drive shaft won't spin on the street. If it's not spinning at high speed, it won't vibrate. The only reason to worry about pinion angles is to eliminate vibrations and pinion bind. Set your axle at the correct castor, verify it won't bind, and burn in your perches. In the rear, read the link to Tom Wood's site to get the complete answer.
