wont run

ok, i have a 90 2.5 5 spd, 98,000 miles. new tranny, fuel pump and sending unit and exhaust along with the lil' things. heres the problem. it trys to turn over but wont. put gas in carb/throttle body [?]. it will run till it burns off then cuts out again. this jeep sat in storage for about 3 years. any help would be great!

do you have any fuel pressure? i know its a new pump but maybe you can check it anyways. i dont know about 2.5 4 bangers but the 4.0 has a valve on the front end of the fuel rail where you can check. it is a schrader valve not unlike what is on your wheels. only bigger.
