I replacing the above. I have a haynes and a FSM and they differ on how to remove the line going from the tranny to the clutch master cyl. Never done this or have ssen it done so I'm lost here.

The FSM inducates to remove the line at the tranny end but makes no mention of how to remove the line at the cyl end.

Haynes indicates to use a flare wrench and remove the line like a brake line

I tried to turn the nut by the cyl end but the whole line moves with the nut. Below the nut is what looks like what I think is a crush sleeve that holds in the line.

On the replacement master cyl I have a metal sleeve(crush sleeve). I assume the line is inserted and the crush sleeve is inserted to hold in the line?
Also was given a small O-ring whic h I assume goes into the hole for the fluid line

Hope a descibed this so that someone can give me some input
Bottom line how do I remove the line from the master cyl end?
I assume I most remove the crush sleeve and the the line comes right out?

The crush sleeve you mentioned is a "roll pin".
IIRC it's about 3/32" in diameter.
You simply push the roll pin out with a small punch and the line should then simply slip out of the master cyl. On the end of the line should be an "O" ring.
Replace it with the new one supplied with the new MC.
Insert the line back into the new MC.
Re-install the roll pin or use the new one (if supplied with the new MC).

Bleed the system as you would the brakes.
