I have an '88 YJ with 6 cyl. and Peugeot 5 spd. transmission.
On decelleration in 4th gear the lever will slip out of gear to neutral.
The detent on the shifter seems weak.
Is the trans. toast? Is there an adjustment to tighten things up? Or do I just have to live with it and hold it in gear? The trans. seems fine otherwise.
