unscrew the part that is still in that 3 way connection, put the fitting back on the brake line tubing, and reflair the end. it looks like there is enough extra tubing to work with. you will have to remove some of the wire that is wrapped around the brake line.

Or...
in case U don't havd a flare tool or if ya have trouble doing it, then U can pick up a new piece of hard line at your local Napa, autozone, ect., for just a few bucks. :coool:

I would go with getting a new one...cost it very cheap and you get new ends and then you dont have to worry about it...plus its always good to upgrade when things break

If the line broke once, it will probably break again in the near future. At the vey least, replace the whole line.
My ruile of thumb, is that when one hard line breaks, I replace them all. They are (for the most part) exposed to the same conditions, so they all should be pretty corroded by the tim eone blows. Just a thought.

As suggested above get some tubing and bend your own. Good skill to learn, tools arent that much and you will have new clean lines on the back axle.

Might as well buy a wheel cylinder too, because if your lucks like mine, you wont get the other side unthreaded, and if you do, you still have to fight the bleeder valve.
