broken shock mount

:rant: :rant: rear shock lower mount (to axle) has broken and now shock and piece of mount are dangling pretty low and deattached from everything....where should I go? Is this repairable? Cheap? Help? :rant: :rant:

Is it broken @ the axle or the shock bolt?

Can U weld?

Might be a good time to throw on some M.O.O.R or tera mounts.

I wouldnt go MORE shock mounts. I had the MORE shock mounts on my Junk, and I broke them both off. Ive now got the ConFerr shock tabs welded on,and they are holding up great.

Very cool of you Joe.. It can probably be rewelded, in a matter of minutes, but Id take the time to spend some $$ and cut off the broken mount and the mount on the other side, and go with something stronger.

I agree Scott to do things right! And yep, that would likely be the plan.

Yet if you think about it, the thread starter doesn't disclose a location which implies to me the chances are low to come over even though my offer stands.
