Anyone run a belly-up plate? Or, do they even adapt to YJ's?

Just curious. Also, is their main function for sliding over obstacles, so tie-rods n such wont get busted? Wouldn't they hurt approach angles? Thanks

belly up typically refers to a flat transfer case skid plate...as far as i've encountered at least. got any pics of what you're referring to?
