Chock one up for another 1974 CJ-5!

This is the way the CJ looked in 1998-1999ish when I was in college. My dad was the 2nd owner of this Vehicle. It was a custom ordered Renegade package and was in Omaha Orange originally.

Due to starting a family and several jobs and most of all $$ the Jeep sat for about 2 1/2 years.

After some TLC and some minor work, the Jeep now looks like this...I still have some minor issues to deal with, but am well on my way with it. :D

Looks good. You're going to like the look of the upturned step bars on your rockers. Mine upturn 30 degrees (pretty close to what you've got (I think yours upturn 35 based on that 55 degree measurement indicated on the diagram). I think they look sweet that way.

looks to me that in that first picture that its a little closer to 1996. i can tell by the lighting out side and the oxidation in the picture itself. it looks as though it has aged for almost 10 years.... errr or its the registration sticker. unless its was way expired and then i look like an idiot
