Starting troubles, turns over but won't start

I'm not good with wranglers at all so gimme some help, it's a 95 yj that has been sitting for over 3 years, replaced gas, fuel filter, getting spark at plugs, new wires, plugs, dist., coil, no pinches in the fuel line, what's going on? point me in the right direction so I know what to look for, oh yeah, the gas tank only has 3 gallons of gas in it and it's reading full, it's pegged all the way to the right...thank you for your help, Jamie

Add another 5 gallons of gas in it. The next obvious thing to check would be AIR and FUEL. You don't have to be hip on wranglers to know you need spark air and fuel to fire. Check the air intake and make sure no rags or anything has gotten in there, you never know. Next would be starting fluid in the intake.

U say it turns over but won't fire.??? Did U check the ignition fuse under the dash? Its only a 15 amp. :sousy: and is easy to overlook.
