found an axle, any help of what its out of?

went to the yard the other day and found a nice looking axle. nice looking as in it looks beefy and has a clutch style limited slip.

i could not tell what it was out of, nor did the yard guys know. the only place i found any markings on it were on one of the edges of the diff and there was this: E7-TW-4Q25-BA

that "Q" might be a zero but im not sure. took a pic of this with my cam phone and cant really tell. is there any way to find out what it is by that?

Front or rear? Discs or drum? Approximate width, lug pattern, leafs or coils? Pinion yoke or flange? Any or all of these would at least be a start.
