Noise in right front wheel

I have a 93 YJ with a cracking noise in the right front wheel. Hub, disc rotor and right u-joint have been replaced and it still does it. Checked the vacuum shifter and it is okay too. Looked at the spider gears also, they seem to be perfect.
Has anyone had a problem like this before???

When do you hear the noise most (under which exact conditions)?

When it is turning hard left or right and sometimes straight also. It will do it in 4h or 2wh too.

Sounds to me like you got all the parts that would cause that. Was the hub assembly used? I've had loose lug nuts cause a sound to come from the tire area. If you jack up the right front and pull on the tire, is there any play at all?

Hub assembly was new, and there is no play in the wheel at all.
