do you find that the jeep bucks on dry pavement or if its difficult to make a slow speed turn like in a parking lot. For example driving through snowy roads seem okay as soon as you pull into work and get onto a clear paved lot it has teh above issues?

Yes it does, but as im sure you know, its not a good idea to keep it in 4wd while on pavement.

yes, this is normal (but not good) for 4-wheel drive vehicles.
