I originally purchase the first one off Ebay on 3/19/04. This was a black denim top with upper ˝ door skins and full hardware.

Well after a good soaking I noticed this first top leaked badly from almost every seam. I had this company “TA Truck Accessory Outlet” send me a replacement.

They sent a 2nd top and of course it leaked from the seams as well, especially from the middle cross seam.

A person at TA Truck Accessory Outlet told me I could contact their supplier of the top directly Smittybilt.

Well after going back & forth with them I even had to send them photos of the defective top they agreed to send me a 3rd top.

Well guess what? It fu*&%$ing leaks! Not as bad as the first two but nevertheless it leaks. (Mostly from the middle cross seam)

Should I ask for a 4th? Or should I just cut my loss and ask for a refund?

Does anyone else have a top that says “Outland” on it?

I emailed a couple of people on Ebay about the same top and they had nothing bad to say.

I mean its obvious SOFT TOP SHOULD NOT LEAK CORRECT?

After the second top you should have demanded your money back. Pony up and get a Bestop. I've had three Supertops with zero problems.

If it is not that harrible go get a can of tectron and spray it down.

Or camp dry or whatever else

or wax the seams

You bought an off name cheap top.

You get what you pay for. When you buy best top you buy the name and the quality
