Assuming you installed everything correctly (brake shoes, springs, etc)....
How worn are your rear brake shoes??
Did you top off the brake fluid resevoir when you were done bleeding??
*If your brake fluid resevoir is low the light will go on when the brakes are pressed because it goes below the required level (most vehicles do this anyway- not sure about YJ's cuz I ain't never seen mine do it) Worth checking anyway.
*If your rear brake pads are worn, you'll probably need to adjust your e-brake cable to take up the slack in the cable
*Brakes might not be adjusting properly. Take the jeep out and drive backwards while stepping on the brakes (kinda hard). This should make the brakes adjust automatically.
Other than that....look for further leaks. Bleed the brakes again ....????
