no spark no fuel WTF?

I cant get my jeep running. Its a 92 YJ 2.5L 5 spd. It has no fuel pressure when you turn the key and try to start it. Its not the fuel pump. I already took it out and checked it. Also Im not getting any spark. I am not getting any juice coming out of the coil. I dont think I have any juice coming into it iether. when I try to pull the trouble codes by doing the thing with the ignition...the check engine light wont flash the codes. It just stays on. Could this mean that it is the ECU that is bad? I need help. Thanks in advance.

I'd suspect the ECU

After doing some searching I think it may be the Crank Position Sensor. Im gonna go and test that. Hopefully thats all it is.

If you are having problems getting the codes.. go to AutoZone or Advance and scan them.

I would go to Autozone to get it scanned but I cant get it started. Wonder If I could take just the computer there? I replaced the Crank Position Sensor..that was not the problem. Could it be the ignition switch? I was thinking no, cause the engine still turns over. Or does the ignition switch also have to send a seperate signal to the computer? This is driving me nuts. Im ready to have it towed to the shop.
