rusted drivers floor pan

Mine is shot. I was going to order a new one from Quadratec for $28.... then figure out how to cut it out and weld a new one in.

Anyone have a better idea, or have any tips?

Cut roughly to size, drill, pop riviet in, bed line the whole interior and call it good
