Half door tops VS Full door tops? Whats the difference?

I found a good deal on a used soft top for my yj but the hardware looks difference. THe corners are sound so it looks the the owner was using full doors but the thing is i got half doors. Could i still use this top? or maybe just use my hardware with his soft top??

the soft tops for jeeps with full doors have rounded corners on the uppers. soft tops for half doors are squared. u could use it but the tops of the doors wont seal at all. u will get rain and wind noise in the jeep.
