First question.. is it pretty much the same work required to swap an AW4 in place of the 904 as it is the 999? Any difference between the 904 and 999 that would make it different to swap an AW4 in? Any downsides to doing this?

Also, what exactly do I need to do to put in a 4.0 TB from a new TJ into my 2.5 YJ? Is it worth doing (using the TJ one I mean)? I got one for almost nothing from a friend so I figured I'd try it out.

The major difference is that you will need to wire up the transmission control module if you use an AW4 because it is computer controlled.

Yea, I'm not so much worried about that (yet) as I am whether or not it will bolt up there. I know people have put them in place of 999s and of course ax-15s, but I don't know if the 904 is any different in the respect.
